Good experience, but found out today he is not in my dental program's network as an Aetna PPO provider. I was led to believe that insurance coverage from Dr. Benz would all be carried over to Dr. Ramos.

This visit was no different than my previous visit...and it doesn't matter who I see, the experience is always the same. The staff is always friendly...I am always seen within minutes of my appointment time and I feel as though they are always thorough. Great job!

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Ramos yesterday. He was very patient and kind and took the time to introduce himself and chat with me. I have been coming to this dental office for more than 10 years and hated to see Dr. Benz was retiring, but I wished him well. I believe he made a wonderful choice to have Dr. Ramos come in and take over his office. Congratulations and Welcome Dr. Ramos!.
