Dr Portu is extremely knowledgeable, answers all questions completely and clearly, and really respects his patients' needs and concerns. He makes you feel accepted and comfortable. There is nothing you can't discuss with him because he is so accepting.

Melissa McNeil’s attention to patient detail and care is exceptional. She is always well informed about past medical care and treatments and provides sound medical advice in a caring and thoughtful manner . Five stars are insufficient to rate the level of her service .
Possibly one of the prettiest offices ever. So clean. Staff is so professional. Had blood draws there and is was so much easier that going to a large lab. Great job even on my son who has deep veins. Both Dr Portu and Melissa McNiel, NP are thoughtful, take time to listen, and show care with every decision. Can’t say enough about their staff too, front desk is efficient, bilingual, and very fast. KLARA app makes it easy to communicate. The office staff and providers are very responsive.
I love this office. Being a senior, I've been to many practices and this has been the best I've ever seen. The communication system is great, if I have a problem or need an appointment. I just text them and they text me back in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend Shoreline Physicians
