DR CASAS IS A WONDERFUL DR DONT GET ME WRONG BUT IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFF IT WAS A YOUNGER LADY AND THEY TOOK OVER A MONTH TO FILL OUT A FORM FOR ME FOR SOCIAL SECURITY AND I NICELY ASKED THE LADY WHEN SHE SAID ITS FILLED OUT AND FAXED IT TO SOCIAL SECURITY AND I CALLED SOCIAL SECURITY WHEN THEY SAID THAT AND SOCIAL SECURITY SAID THEY DIDNT RECEIVE IT SO I CALLED THE LADY BACK AND SAID THEY DIDNT GET IT SO SHE SAID SHE SENT IT THE 2nd time AND I CALLED SOCIAL SECURITY AGAIN AND THEY SAID THEY STILL DIDNT RECIEVE IT ... read more
