Doctors office doesn’t know how to give any medical guidance or prescriptions, other than ibuprofen and topical lotion. My wife has staff infection and they see her and write her a prescription for lotion.. then when I call to ask for the antibiotics they should have prescribed while my wife is at the pharmacist they stop answering the phone… terrible doctors office
I came in today at 12:00 for my vaccination, but the receptionist told me that while they could do it, it would cost me money and that I’d be better off going to my PCP. This was a complete waste of my time—I could have been informed over the phone instead of coming all the way here and missing work for nothing. Very disappointing experience. Worst place ever!
I've seen Carlos (Dr.Martinez) twice. He's incredible. He listens to me and I know he his looking out for me.
