Excellent physician, compassionate
Damaged my vocal cords, caused numbness to my lip for weeks and cut up my lips. The surgeon said after my surgery that he is not a good anesthesiologist. I have a very long road ahead of me to get my voice working and was told it will never be 100%. All thanks to Carlos Chavez.
