I just showed up to my 11:30 appointment and one worker (younger) said I could bring my elderly mother in, the other (older) came out and wouldn’t let me in with she wanted me to leave her in the car in a 100 degree heat. I told her she was crazy if she thinks I’d leave her in the car and she shut the door and when I tried to complain on the phone she hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting.
