I went for "2.5 hours of diagnosis" and three x-rays according to my insurance. Dr. Orlando's tech took 3 X-rays, but Dr. did not look at them while in the room and did not discuss anything observed. He spoke to me for 5 minutes, interrupting me when I spoke or asked clarifying questions. Told me I was "too young to be injured" and I had "an electrical problem." I have had 3 different surgeries with Dr. Orlando over the past 2 1/2 years. Broken ankle, fractured tibia, and most recently a total knee replacement. My husband had a partial knee replacement with him. Dr. Orlando spends time answering questions, is honest and compassionate, and is a great surgeon. I highly recommend him.
I am incredibly disappointed with Dr. Orlando at Central Coast Orthopedic in Templeton. Long story short, I have a long medical history with a certain issue with my right shoulder, arms, and hand. I went in today for x-rays for a possible dislocated clavicle. I have a Sternoclavicular Dislocation. Dr. Orlando didn’t go over the x-rays with me. My husband and I had the best experience with Dr. Orlando. My husband had a severe knee injury and all the providers in our area were booked out and we couldn’t wait. We drove 2 hours away from home, Dr. Orlando made sure he received an MRI very quickly and got him in for surgery within a week of injury. His office staff is great and they really took care of him. The 2 hour drive was more than worth this level of care. Thanks Dr. O and staff for your promptness and expertise!
I highly recommend Dr. Orlando, he's an excellent surgeon. My daughter is back to 100%, thanks to him.
