Referrals they gave offered appointments after my scheduled date of surgery.The receiving staff is very rude and shows no compassion.I called my hospital and explained my dilemma.The nurse sent me to a cardiologist who saw me immediately.He faxed the results to my doctor, but the staff claims they didn't get it.They show no concern for my urgent need.
