This doctor gave patients less than two months notice of his retirement. He identified a new doctor the week he announced his last day. And he and his staff reassured us that they would be available and work with us during the transition to a new doctor. Today I found out they are not willing to work with us and only willing to send medical records to the new doctor. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to his patients.
