I was referred to this dentist by another provider for my child’s dental care. The doctor placed a crown on my child’s front tooth, and it should last for several years. Unfortunately, the crown fell off just a few months later. When we returned to have it looked at, we were told we’d need to pay out of pocket for a new one. I was referred to by another dentist in Munster, when I called the lady that answered the phone was rude so I went to check the reviews out, And decided to take my son somewhere else, I called back to cancel my sons appointment, the lady answered said hello and hung up without giving me a chance to speak so I called back and she laughed because I said I wanted to cancel my son’s appointment and then just proceeded to say bye to me.
