RIDICULOUS is all I can say. We called in mid February to schedule an appointment when our new born had a high fever only to find out he retired January 1st. Thanks for the complete and total lack of communication. Now we are scrambling to find a new doctor. The new Mercy doctors will not get a chance to continue this horrible service for us or our child!
