In spite of being late for appointment (construction) was greeted with cheerfulness. Was very professional, ,knew what he was doing and did it with little fanfare. Very good.
Coastal Oral Surgery is the BEST. I went in for my consultation appt and they set me right up with everything I would need for my surgery. Dr. Capes's bedside manner is above and beyond. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to finance were A++. I had my surgery today (my second appt) and I could not be happier. Dr. Capes even called me tonight to make sure I was doing great, had any questions or if i was worried about anything. Thank you Coastal Oral for everything. You guys are Awesome!
Had 2 teeth removed and 2 posts put in October 23rd. I came home and put ice on my face throughout the day and I had no swelling. I had virtually no pain and bleeding. I was up and about in 4 hours. One of the easiest surgeries I have had in a dentist chair.
Very rarely will you find anyone who has great reviews, however, I am confident in saying, there isn't a person who have been in Dr. Capes' office that hasn't had tge most wonderful experience you could possibly have in any surgeon's office. I almost didn't want to leave. The staff is so friendly. I will never go to another surgeon for any dental work I may need in the future.
It was fantastic. At 71 yrs old I have had terrifying experiences in past. Walking in the door you are welcomed right away. His staff is wonderful and do not rush you. Dr Capes spends time with you, explains in detail and makes you feel at ease!! I do not fear my upcoming implant. I left the office with a smile. 100% to Dr Capes and his staff.
Staff and Dr Capes treats you like family. The staff works with you scheduling around your work.
Very good oral surgeon. Specializes in pain-free. Friendly staff. Very efficient.
I highly recommend Dr. Capes! I have had implants & wisdom tooth taken care of by his office. I would not hesitate to go back to him or his staff. Top notch!! He & his staff listen to you, and he does not rush you out of the office.
