'm so disappointed. Found Dr Spann on Google. Called to schedule an appointment during my lunch hour. I had to make arrangements with my boss that I would be late returning. Day of my appointment went to the same address on Google which is no longer Dr Spann address called the office to get to correct address. Asked if i get there at 11:30 can I still be seen receptionist said, "no, we only a 15 minute grace period." I asked if she can ask the doctor since they haven't update their address on Google.
