Dr. Caceras saw me in the ER during a busy night. Him and the nursing staff were excellent. Even though I became overanxious and teary during my visit Dr. Caceras was kind to me, as were the nurses. I struggle with late night panic/anxiety and I was struggling to stay calm. But he remained kind and made sure I was comfortable. The nurses and staff were excellent too. Even when my own issues make my experience impossible, the staff at West Penn Hospital nearly always make my experience with THEM good.
