Dr. Heeb is the best pediatrician I've encountered. She is incredibly knowledgeable and also able to explain things clearly in layman's terms. She provides a lot of information about how to keep your child healthy and really listens when you have a concern. She never prescribes medications unnecessarily, nor does she prescribe an expensive medicine when a cheaper one will do the same job. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
