I've seen Dr. Trubey for 3 separate conditions and previously was quite satisfied - until my most recent experience, which turned out to be both frustrating and disappointing. While Dr. Trubey is a personable and empathetic physician, his office staff does not respond to voicemails or portal messages, so it's nearly impossible to get answers about follow-up exams and recommendations. Dr. Trubey was very friendly and thorough. He reviewed my x-rays and MRI with me and gave me research-based options for treatment.
Always concise and very thorough when giving treatment. I'd give them 6 stars if it was an option .

Dr Trubey listens to me when explaining what is going on with me. Then he give me advice on what he thinks we should do to see if that will work.
What a wonderful experience. I really was not expecting much. I had all but given up. Planning on just living with the pain. I feel so much better. He is very personable. And cares about you and what he is doing. All I can say is Thank you for explaining and listening to me.
