I attended several appointments with my wife to see Dr. Innerfield, and we were not satisfied with the level of care provided. The interactions felt dismissive, and we did not feel comfortable with her approach to patient communication. It was a stressful experience, and we ultimately felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. We cannot recommend this doctor.
My son saw Dr. Caitlin Innerfield several times. Dr Innerfield has very bad bedside manners. Also, Dr Innerfield does not care about patients, justing seeing as many patients as possible, and making as much money as possible. Horrible experience. I am a patient of the practice I saw Dr. Innerfield mostly then Trina graham and then several others.NONE of them gave me a warning about decreasing my testosterone level. My testosterone went to zero and I made the suggestion to put libido on the questionnaire and to get men to get a baseline testosterone level as it is known to be lowered by opiates (I wishI knew) In some generated reports it says they spent time speaking with a patient about that very thing and they do not! I’ve been seeing Dr Innerfield for 4+ years and have recommended her to anyone that is looking for a pain management specialist. I have followed Dr Innerfield wherever she goes. She is caring, understanding and listens to you.
