When I went into the office and the receptionist was mean, short, and rude. I was then taken to an "exam" where they only spent the time talking to me about all of these big options that I didn't want, then when I left I didn't rebook and aggressively felt uncomfortable and pressured. Then I get a bill 10 months later for $14 because they didn't apply/credit/do their paperwork properly with my insurance company. I cannot tell you enough how uncomfortable this experience was. Disregard Alison Lovespickles review. It has no merit and after 10+ visits to this lovely dental facility, I can definitely state there's nothing less then the best care and professionalism. All the great reviews for this dental office/lab speak for themselves. Here, in Victoria, B.C., many of our best Dentists have or will retire. Living in Victoria 40+ years, I do know. This office convinced my very ill, elderly father-in-law to proceed with nearly $80,000 in dental surgery while he was grieving, medically fragile, and vulnerable. After the first procedure, he was sent out of the office unable to walk, with no meaningful care or concern shown for his condition. The lack of compassion and judgment displayed toward a sick senior was appalling. I am writing this review to warn others, especially families with elderly or medically fragile loved ones. My elderly father-in-law, who is very ill, grieving the loss of his wife, and struggling with alcoholism, was convinced by this office that he urgently needed extensive dental surgery totaling close to $80,000.
