Disregard Alison Lovespickles review. It has no merit and after 14+ visits to this lovely dental facility, I can definitely state there's nothing less then the best care and professionalism. The great reviews for this dental office/lab speak for themselves. Here, in Victoria, B.C., many of our best Dentists have retired, or soon will be. Had 50,000 of work done. I was happy with teeth but had to fire them due to office mismanagement. They like to throw in extra costs. There paperwork is horrible. Lots of hidden costs. Stay away!!!!

When I went into the office and the receptionist was mean, short, and rude. I was then taken to an "exam" where they only spent the time talking to me about all of these big options that I didn't want, then when I left I didn't rebook and aggressively felt uncomfortable and pressured. Then I get a bill 10 months later for $14 because they didn't apply/credit/do their paperwork properly with my insurance company. I cannot tell you enough how uncomfortable this experience was.
