Went in for surgery for my 6 year old. Left there needing the work fixed. Now have another appointment to correct what they got wrong. Then got a next day call to check in and failed to hangup where I hear her and another lady making fun of my son and I as patients and people as well as other patients. Highly disrespectful and unprofessional. You would think someone in that business cares about their patients but you'd be wrong. Will never go here again.
