Dr Kane is absolutely among the best doctors I've ever encountered, regardless of specialty. He is thorough with his exams and with his explanations. He's never in a hurry to move along to the next patient. Very kind. Very thoughtful. Very personable. Ridiculous! I call to have my pathology report emailed to me. I don't recieve it. I call back the next day and get VM so I leave ALL. of my info including email addy and that I have not received the report yet. ...5 more days go by, still no email, no call, nothing. I call again, and didn't even receive an apology for wasting my time! She tries to tell me it was sent. BUT THEN after I say it a THIRD TIME; ARE YOU SURE YOU HAVE THE EMAIL CORRECT? UPDATE: Went back for another visit. Yep, he had to do another biopsy, but who cares, I would rather he find something early than later. This man is truly a LIFE SAVER. Highly skilled and very kind. The best!!!!!!! Can't say it enough or loud enough. Dr. Kane found an issue with me and recommended a surgeon. His recommendation was spot on. If you have to wait to see him, WAIT!!! He is worth it.
