The women working in Byron Westerfield’s office are the rudest bunch I have ever encountered in my life. They all look miserably unhappy! Two are sisters. They are rude as can be! Both are devoid of personality and manners. No class, whatsoever. Their phone etiquette is appalling too. I need to see Dr. Westerfield before he retires but I can’t stomach going to the office. Heard great things about B Westerfield but not so? Saw him & not so impressed ! Westerfield’s staff not friendly & RUDE ! His two elderly staff members must be over worked as they looked if they would smile their face would crack. Thought their names were Dana & Ulna ?
