Our daughter felt so cared for by Dr. Collins. She is knowledgeable and warm and made a difficult experience much easier for our child. Highly recommend!
We were referred to Dr. Collins by our pediatrician for my teenage son’s gastrointestinal issues. What a breath of fresh air compared to the last doctor we were referred to. She listened to us and straight away requested bloodwork, a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Sadly she confirmed he had an auto immune disorder. When my son was an infant, he suffered terribly from what Dr. Collins determined to be acid reflux because the closure between the stomach and the esophagus had not fully developed. She was kind, caring, and attentive. The medicines she prescribed worked wonders, and he stopped arching his back and crying while nursing. We continued to see Dr. Collins, who would adjust the dosage as need, until my son was 18 months old, when the closure finally fully developed and he no longer needed any medicine!!! Took my daughter in because she was having some stomach issues and called for a follow up to do some testing because the issues did not go away and they told me they will call me back to schedule some testing which they never did. I waited approximately a few weeks call the doctors office again and again they told me they will call me back For some additional testing which they never did and then I called to get the testing done again. They said that since she has not seen the doctor for a few months, she needs to come back ... read more
