Everyone was nice, and nobody talked down to me. It was a well- run place and the staff was experienced and friendly. The whole process was better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mays and his team.

He is always caring and listens. Very thorough and draws Great pictures of what is going on.
Very happy with the care I received at his office. His staff were kind and compassionate, and he was able to care for me after my previous doctor said there was nothing more they could do to me. I am now on a care plan and couldn’t be happier.
This is one of the most amazing doctors I have had the pleasure of being treated by. His expertise and bedside manner exceeded all expectations I had. I have only had one other physician provide treatment to this standard. I would highly recommend him for all issues related to Gastrointestinal medicine. If you are an apprehensive person, he is most definitely the doctor for you! I can assure you will not be disappointed. He truly provides a standard of care unlike any other!
The entire office staff was extremely professional and kind. Dr. Mays also very professional, caring and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him should you need a GI doctor.
On time and friendly answered all questions
Best GI doctor hands down. If you have GI issues Dr. Mayes is your guy. I have UC and I started seeing Dr. Mayes in 2017 and have not had one flare up since. Give him a try you won't regret it.
