I recently injured my lower back and the muscles on the left side, in the lumbar region, were in spasm. It’s quite painful! The pain radiated out towards my left hip. I made an appointment with Dr. Bryan McCullough. He ordered X-rays and both hips were fine, but there is a possible bulge in one of my lumbar vertebrae which would require an MRI to determine.
