Very professional, very attentive - he's just the very BEST
Dr. Minton always reviews my chart before coming in the room and addresses issues I have had up front. He also shares lab results and explains rationale for treatment he prescribes
Dr. Minton's office is only concerned with gouging you for visit copays when they are completely unnecessary. I was "fired" from his practice because I challenged his nurse on my need to come in to get a referral for an orthopedic surgeon. This was only necessary because his first referral would not take my insurance. I was told I had to come on for a visit to get a referral which I disagreed with and got a letter a couple weeks later telling me they didn't want to be my PCP any longer. He is simply the best family doctor you can hope for and without him I would have been 6 feet below years ago. He goes far beyond the call of duty and on three occasions did so for me when each of them could have been my end. He is the greatest and that is no exaggeration.
Been going to Dr Minton since he first came to Lewisville/Flower Mound. Best Dr I’ve ever had and after moving to Gainesville Tx I drive back to see him. I trust him because he is thorough, kind, and competent. I believe he is sincerely concerned about his patients and leaves no stone unturned to get to the root of their problem. Thank you Dr. Minton for being in family practice and reminding me of the way it used to be when Drs. Really cared about their patients.
He is always concerned about my health, he can read me like a book. I come in and want to talk about one thing. Somehow he knows something else is a bigger concern at that moment and we check it out and it was life threatening. Was put in hospital ASAP. He saved my life. He is a great doctor, the best.
Dr Minton always listens and takes my concerns seriously. Never does unnecessary tests etc unless he really believes it is a valid concern. I have left due to insurance change and come back for the same reason.
