Wait time was about 20 minutes altogether between front waiting area and the area in back by the exam rooms. The back area is to small to accommodate the patient traffic at times. Dr. Bryan Costin is an excellent and skillful surgeon. He works very well with his team members and displays a kind caring attitude. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bryan Costin!!
Dr. Costin and his assistant Tamara were professional and knowledgeable. He solved my problem immediately with ease and skill. I’m so thankful I found him. I would highly recommend. Awesome bedside manner too!

I had eyelid (lift) surgery this past week. The WHOLE experience was wonderful. I was very concerned about the anesthesia to be administered to recovery time and of course, discomfort. Dr. Costin abides EXACTLY by his stated philosophy. (Treat every ... patient like family - how I would want my family treated. ) He was very patient with my questions, kind and patient in his answers all the while smiling. I felt I was in very good hands. The whole staff at the Brvl Surgery Ctr was GREAT!
This doctor is amazing!!!! He just performed eye surgery on my sister and has gone above and beyond with her after care. He has a bedside manner that is unheard of these days. I can’t say enough good things about him. And his office staff is just as amazing.
I found Dr Costin friendly, willing to answer all questions and i felt assured I would be cared for well during surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone contemplating having eyelid surgery.

Dr. Costin performed my Blepharoplasty on June 8 at the Premium Surgery Center in Elyria. I am so impressed with him and his staff, all were very professional, friendly detail oriented and did everything they could do to make me comfortable. My stitches came out, painlessly, on June 14. I followed his aftercare instructions to a "T" and was out and about on June 16th and had no bruising. I highly recommend Dr. Costin and his team, I am thrilled with the results. Thank you!!
