Receptionist don’t know how to read a clock or check an outlook calendar , calls multiple times throughout the week to “confirm” time moving appointment 15mins earlier each time. Calls day of 30mins early and have the audacity to ask why I’m not there.

Dr. Bryan Chan had been my dentist for many-many years without any issues until my last visit in his clinic (about 10 years ago) when I noticed a sudden drop in his professionalism.
