I used to be a patient of Dr. Chan and majority of the time, there were long wait times. Teeth cleanings always felt uncomfortable as it seemed like he was in a hurry. Dr. Bryan Chan and his team are very unprofessional, inexperienced & impolite. I strongly don't recommend going to see them. I'm thankful that I have found a dentist who truly cares about his patients.
Receptionist don’t know how to read a clock or check an outlook calendar , calls multiple times throughout the week to “confirm” time moving appointment 15mins earlier each time. Calls day of 30mins early and have the audacity to ask why I’m not there.
