Doctor Roehl is kind and caring but most importantly, he’s a brilliant surgeon who achieved what other gynecologist surgeons said was impossible. I first saw one of the best Obstetrician-gynecologists in town who was great but told me there was no other option besides a hysterectomy or an open myomectomy because of the size of the multiple fibroid tumors I had. Dr. Roehl conveys both confidence and compassion. I am thrilled that he is rated so well by others, since I am trusting him with a couple of quite serious surgeries. He has answered all of my (numerous) questions. I'm thankful that the Saint Francis system has him and that he is my doctor.
I had my first visit with Dr. Roehl in 2021 at the age of 32. Since I was 15 I have seen 6 different Gynecologist that would just throw birth control pills at me for the extreme pains I had. I have had three different procedures done by Dr. Roehl. He was very thorough in every step with each procedure. What stands out to me about Dr. Roehl is, he is so kind, so compassionate and very gentle. Gentleness and the ability to not only listen but to hear what a woman says about her health issues seems to be a dying practice in the US these days. Dr. Roehl has these abilities and I highly recommend him!
Dr. Roehl is a compassionate and skilled physician and surgeon. His office wait times are short and the staff is kind. He’s genuinely curious about his patients’ health and he has a measured and thoughtful approach - he never seemed rushed, as so many doctors do! Dr. Roehl took the time to make sure I understood my diagnosis, and was thorough in his explanations of my options. He never pushed me into a specific treatment plan, instead letting me decide the best option for me. My surgery was free from complications and recovery has been much easier that I was anticipating.
Dr. Roehl is efficient and kind. I always felt like he listened and understood me. I didn't always know what to ask when he would ask if I had any questions, but without fail he would walk me through the next step and what to expect during my entire pregnancy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Roehl as a medical provider.
I went to see Dr. Roehl in August after dealing with a lot of women’s health issues. He did an exam and ultrasound and quickly developed a plan that was very helpful, including a plan to take care of some symptoms right away while waiting for surgery. I recently moved to Tulsa from Oregon and needed a new Gynecologist. From my very first visit to my most recent visit, Dr. Roehl sat and listened to my concerns before moving forward with anything.
