I am a retired dental assistant. I was appalled at how this office operates. The staff is extremely nice, however, it felt gross being there. First, Dr Martin does not wear a mask or wash his hands He left the room a few times and never changed his gloves. He touches his glasses then went directly back in my mouth The assistant went through drawers with dirty gloves on. And the filling he placed came out that afternoon. I’ll never return.
I have been in pain with an abscess and began calling September 28th. Today, on October 4th, I finally got someone on the phone. When I asked why no one was answering calls or voice messages, there was no reply. She said she could work me in October 9th. No 'sorry you've been in pain all this time', no explanation of why my messages were not acknowledged.
I hate going to the dentist, but I can say I enjoy every moment with my second family!!!
Had work done on both sides of my mouth and I feel so much better now. Thank you Dr Martin and Cynthia. You did a great job and it was painless for me

I was really nervous going in, but the doc took a lot of time to explain options to me about treatment. I was able to understand the pro's and con's, which really set my mind at ease. Very friendly guy

I have very high anxiety for dental visits. Although I verified with Dr. Martin and staff that I could get nitrous oxide during my visit for cleaning, when I got there, and in the hygenist's chair, I was told I could not. Dr. Martin explained to me that the tank was in a different room. I offered to reschedule my appointment for another time when they could book me into the other room. Dr. Martin refused, saying my anxiety was no big deal. VERY rude, condescending and dismissive!
