I wish I was still with Dr Bastos. One of my saddest days was when he left Cleveland clinic because he was starting a new journey with Baptist and I'm happy for him but I lost one of the best oncologists I've ever had.. I met him when I moved here from Las Vegas I was told I had no more options left but Dr bustos was the one to finally tell me I was in remission after seeing him for many years He is absolutely amazing and the best bedside manner I have ever known! I don’t trust this Dr. My 79 yr old mom had cancer & Dr. Bastos was her oncologist. She was back to feeling normal after surgery (which a different Dr did) & he forced her to do treatment which she didn’t want. She had 4 very small spots in her lungs. After 3 months of my mom telling him she didn’t want to do the trial cancer treatment. He offered her $5k and she finally succumbed to doing it. My mom did the treatment for 3 weeks & could no longer eat anything. She had constant nausea & couldn’t keep any food down ever again... read more
