Front desk girls were very rude from the minute you walk in. Referred to him by another doctor for him to tell the girls to tell me he can’t see me just because I am paying for the treatment out of pocket. He is very money hungry and since I didn’t have insurance he didn’t want to treat me. Awful
I have been going to him for many years. He has always been a bit rude but I felt he was a good doctor so I overlooked this. After my last visit he was insulting and vague about my prescription. Not going back. It’s not worth feeling uncomfortable with my doctor.
Doctor runs from room to room and spends more time running tests than actually interacting with patients. The front desk staff is very rude. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
I went to Dr. Zagelbaum because I saw something on my eyelid. He looked at my eye and diagnosed it as a sty, telling me me to use hot wet cotton balls. I went back to him several times but there was no improvement. I did what he instructed but the growth was still there. After about 1 month of visits with no improvement, he changed his diagnosis, saying it was a cyst, not a sty. He sent me to another doctor who did the procedure. The front office is rude and not COVID friendly. I almost had to beg to request hand sanitizer after using their pen, which they didn't want to give me to sign my cc receipt. They told me I should have my own, which I did not. Too many people in the office.
Very rude and disrespectful and has no courtesy to his patients. Does not care at all for his patients and their well being. Horrible. Do not recommend him at all
Dr.Z is a Pro, pure and simple. He squeezed me into his busy schedule the same day I awoke with a huge blood spot covering almost half of the white of one eye. I waited less than 5 minutes and after a quick exam, he immediately reassured me that it wasn't serious. It was very common and would clear up in less than a week. I recommend him highly.
Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and terrible doctor.
