I’ve been a patient for many years. The whole environment is totally professional. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Zagelbaum is caring and an excellent doctor.

Dr. Zagelbaum is a great ophthalmologist. He is very knowledgeable, and patient. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I always feel comfortable in his office.

My dad had a 120 appointment and was not seen by Zagelbaum until after 4! He wasted our whole afternoon. His front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend or continue to use him.
If I could give Dr. Zagelbaum zero stars, I would. Please, if you value professional, courteous, and polite staff, DO NOT go here. Dr. Zagelbaum leads by example and is rude, rushed, and unhelpful in his explanations. His staff is also curt on the phone and does not make you feel welcomed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Front desk girls were very rude from the minute you walk in. Referred to him by another doctor for him to tell the girls to tell me he can’t see me just because I am paying for the treatment out of pocket. He is very money hungry and since I didn’t have insurance he didn’t want to treat me. Disgusting even after I told them before they made me fill out the paperwork and made me wait 2 hours for nothing. There are better doctors out there don’t waste your time here everyone is very rude. Awful
I have been going to him for many years. He has always been a bit rude but I felt he was a good doctor so I overlooked this. After my last visit he was insulting and vague about my prescription. Not going back. It’s not worth feeling uncomfortable with my doctor.
