Been coming here for years. DR BT is the best
ZERO (0) stars. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. This Bruce Torkan person is NEGLIGENT and not attentive. He does not care about your health and needs; he only looks to find a reason to charge a fee for anything. If something comes up, extra fee. Look elsewhere for your health and safety. Just an example: He was going to charge me $200 for signing a one-page FMLA document. Went back a few days later and charged a different amount. Very sketchy "doctor". He is also always on his phone.
Very unprofessional staff.
Waited three hours in a disheveled lobby only to finally see the doctor for a mere five minutes while he had his cellphone on speaker-mode with someone (an utter violation of patient-doctor privacy!) the entire time. Dr. Torkan is also now the only doctor I've ever had who, when I asked for a "check-up," does not actually perform an analysis but strictly sends me for blood work. Unprofessional and a violation of I-don-know-how-many medical practices.
