Dr. Ross is professional, knowledgeable, with great bedside manner; however, his Front Desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Even when I called the office to follow up, Jay was unnecessarily confrontational and spoke to me in a condescending tone which I would not tolerate. This unprofessional service is totally unacceptable! Terrible staff!
Best Doctors I have ever used. I had a great experience. I would highly recommend . When the hospital told me I sprained my wrist.,I went to Ross. It was broken.
