Dr Piszel is high energy, and clear about the new drug laws. I just had thoracic and cervical spine surgery and the surgeon was done giving prescriptions, and he filled my prescription without any issues. Spine Dr said it will be 6 months to a year before I will be pain free, but I give meds for 3 months so find a pain Dr. Every pain Dr I called said they do shots only. I had 43 staples in my back still suffering severe pain, He is taking care of me and not making me jump through hoops.
Sure Dr. Piszel may be loud, but I enjoy conversations with him about random stuff. He has been the only doctor to get my chronic pain under control in 1 4 years. I'm actually able to get out of bed and go do things now. Other reviews complain about not having great bedside manner? I haven't seen that in him...he's always stayed until I've finished saying what I've wanted to say and if it's a problem he tries to fix it.

He is wonderful. My continued issue is that I have had unanswered questions and I have left six messages with office manager denise who still has not called me!!!
Dr. Piszel is a terrific PM doctor. As others have stated he truly listens to my problems and concerns. With his assistance I have been living a better quality of life with my chronic pain. Thanks Dr. Piszel.
Dr. Piszel is a great pain management doctor and actually listens! Glad I found him to take care of my chronic pain. I highly recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Piszel for 2 years now. He is the first PM doctor that has actually taken the time to listen to me and treat me appropriately. He really truly cares about his patients. He is very funny and I find I enjoy my appointments because I feel like he truly cares about me and he makes me laugh which puts me at ease from the start of my appointment. He takes plenty of time to actually listen to you and you are not rushed out of the office so he can hurry to his next patient.
Dr. Piszel, please know you are so very missed here in Ohio!! :’( These other PMs do not hold a candle to you. I’ve even considered moving to FL because you always took the time to listen and address my complex issues. I hope you and your family are well!!
Very attentive to my situation and concerns. Dr. Piszel has given me pain relief that has allowed me to live life again. I highly recommend this excellent doctor.
