He applied liquid Nitrogen to my son chest directly to treat him from a virus he thought it was causing bumps on his skin. He should have sprayed it on a Qtip and not directly. He caused burns and scars and holes in my son’s skin using cryotherapy on a pediatric patient. My son was terrified. He’s 4 years old. I HAD A LARGE SECTION REMOVED OFF OF MY LEFT ARM. THE GROWTH HAS COME BACK TO THE PINT THAT IT WAS VERY CONCERNING. I CALLED ON A SUNDAY SO SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME FIRST MONDAY SO I COULD GET AN APPOINTMENT ASAP. I WAS TOLD I COULD DRIVE TO PALTAKA ON THURSDAY OR COME INTO THE ST AUGUSTINE OFFICE FRIDAY AT 10:30.
