They were very busy, but the receptionist did a great job. Everyone was friendly and I really liked Dr. Silverman. Overall, the place was clean. The doctor was professional and kind, and I was extremely happy with my experience.
I have had always had excellent care from Dr. Mark Silverman. He always listens to my questions and is always willing to help.
Took my wife there waited an hour never seen him during our wait other neurologists in that office seen like four patients during our wait . Wife was in so much pain we had to leave . Receptionist was condescending and made faces at patients when they turned their backs to walk to their seat . They got our forty dollars for a copay. But for all the losey reviews I think we dodged a bullet .
Dr Silverman is the most condescending and arrogant psychiatrist I’ve ever seen. He loves to talk politics or entertainment. If you talk about your own mental or physical issues then expect to become a doormat. During sessions it’s not uncommon for him to watch YouTube videos or browse the web. His office is an absolute mess..stuff just all over the place. Dr Silverman has no problem making patients sit long times in the waiting room or cutting a session into half of the allocated time.
I have been a patient of Dr. Silverman for several years now, referred initially to him by my primary care physician. He has been treating me for a neuralgia that affects the left side of my of my neck and up into the scalp area. This began during the 2020 Covid shutdown, and after receiving my 2nd Moderna vaccination (left arm) having a pretty severe reaction of a high temperature, rash on my scalp, and severe pain in that area.
