It is so refreshing to have a Dr. with the emphasis on family. Scheduling appointments is easy, the office is clean and bright, the staff is very friendly, wait time is minimum. They spend time with you and ask questions as to how you are doing and take the time to listen. You can tell they are concerned about your reason for being there. They explain the condition, offer several avenues of treatment and most importantly, they listen. I highly recommend Dr. Branin and staff.
I did not see Dr. Branin. I was seen by the ARNP. First, the staff member at the front desk was extremely rude. I was late by 4 minutes due to my first time coming to this office and getting lost. She told me that I would interfere with her lunch and I wasn't going to be seen and to reschedule. My appointment was at 11:30. I arrived at 11:24. I rescheduled for later in the day only to have a terrible experience. I left flustered and in tears. Do not come here.
I have been a patient of Dr. Branin for many many years. I have never had anything but good experience with the entire staff. Dr. Branin diagnosed my hyperparathyroidism and referred me to a specialist for surgery after regular blood work and physical exam. I have continually gone to Alliance Med Center for my regular visits and immediate illness. They are very well organized and do an excellent job in all areas
Rude receptionists; nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone when calling the office. The voicemail cycles over and over because the mailboxes to leave a message is always full. This is ridiculous!
I continue to see Dr. Branin for my general health issues. He appears to be a well knowlegded, conciensious, and caring doctor. I highly recommend him.
A wonderful, caring doctor who actually takes the time to know you and treat you as a person and not rush you through your appointment. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Always been there for us since moving to Florida in 2011. Often we needed to see Dr Branin , or Autumn , or Joe without an appointment and they always found a way to accommodate us.
I am very pleased with my experience at Dr Branin office,it is a world away from any other doctor office knowing that you are in a good hand and they genuinely care about you. i would certainly recommend Dr Branin to everyone.
Dr. Branin and his staff are great. I highly recommend them.
