Was a patient here for years. Loved Dr Cole, but recently had a terrible experience. Front tooth was never done right, and have experienced intermitent pain, as it was never done right. Was booked to come in to get it fixed. The morning of i hiked my dog early a.m and was approached by a new comer to canada, in which whom had a knife!!! I was driving home and realized that i had a dentist appnt at that exact time. They called me, i briefly told them what happened. The staff were professional and kind, and Dr. Cole was very understanding, gentle, and professional in his work. I didn't know if it would be possible to fix my particular issue, but he did so and I'm very happy with the work done! Thanks Dr. Cole and staff. ~E. Clark-Emmons
We you walk in it's like seeing your friends very comfortable relaxed Dr Cole is amazing, gentle, friendly, I enjoy going to the dentist.
Dr. Cole is amazing! I have some serious anxiety when it comes to dentists (like full on panic attacks in the chair) and he NEVER makes me feel bad about it. He’s always happy to give me a minute to calm down (and sometimes he gives me chocolate too!) before proceeding. He takes me at my word if I can still feel what’s going on, and is honestly an all around great guy. I really can’t say enough about him. He’s the only dentist I have ever trusted
