I have normally had a good experience with Dr Brother's office for the past 30 years, however this past month I have not been even remotely satisfied with their patient care. I will be calling the office to voice my complaints. It seems the right arm doesn't know what the left arm is doing. I am a frustrated patient and I know for a fact I am not the only one. They need to get it together before they lose my business and that of my family's.
I went into the office with a major problem. And Dr Larry fit me into his schedule. I highly recommend them!
