I had to cancel my care plan back in June 2025. Was told it would take 6-8 weeks for a refund of the majority of the money. Over $3000. In the 7th week I called the office, was told they’d have the office manager talk to billing, would call me in a couple hours. Later that afternoon after no call back called again and selected billing option. Was the same person I spoke with earlier. Said all their option (appointments, billing, etc) all go to her.
