"Dr. Britt" is a smart, caring, thoughtful and deeply kind human being and practitioner. I am so grateful she is part of my son's care team and I wish I could give her 10 stars.
Dr. Pena has seen my daughter on many occasions, both for well visits and sick days. She is very professional and listens to everything I say. I always feel like she hears me and wants me to succeed at being a parent. I appreciate her approach to my daughter's care. Dr. Kay was my pediatrician and he has selected two very good doctors to join him in practice. I am completely confident in the care I receive from Dr. Pena.
All the doctors nurses and staff have been more than kind and understanding not only to me but also to my children in the 2 years I have been going there--with one exception-- Dr Pena. I once had great respect for her, however during a recent visit Her behavior became very unprofessional. Dr Pena lacks compassion and the ability to be relational toward her patients, and she can be very condescending. She makes snap decisions and judgements that are based on how she "feels". awful experience ive been going to Brockton pedi since I was a kid and started taking my kids since they were born never had a problem until the first time I saw her. She made a list of appts 12 to be exact without asking if the times and dates were ok knowing I have another kid ect.....well I changed some of them and the times to fit my schedule even though I had seen most of them already she made me go again since shes never seen my kids before..... so I guess she was checking up on me and noticed I moved them around and f... read more
