I merged and followed Dr Becket in May 2025. I gave this dentist office my last cleaning and said would be fine with my insurance. I was 5 days short of my 6 months. I am now charged with a cleaning with my insurance denying claim. Sloda lack of Customer Service is disappointing. Explained to them and all they said was sorry and good bye. I wish Dr Beckett all the best. Thank you for the years prior.

Dr. Gordon has a wonderful approach to dental care and is lovely towards his clients and staff.
Gordon Dental Care is THE best dentistry practice my family has ever been too. Dr. Friedman is concerned not only for the health of our teeth but also our general well being. It's a relaxed and calm practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Cleveland area.
