I met Dr. Wilk for the first time for an emergency root canal appointment. On an early Sunday morning, I was in excruiating pain and I called and left a message on the emergency voicemail. Dr. Wilk, personally returned my call within 15 min. I knew at that moment that he cared and I was going to be in good caring hands. Within 1 day I was in the office, diagnosed and pain free and my tooth problem was fixed. I'm so happy I found him and his great staff.
Highly recommended! With Highpoint Dental it is always a great experience. I typically get excellent care by the entire staff at Highpoint. This last experience was no exception. I had a minor emergency and was in pain. Dr. Wilk's expertise and care to assure the least amount of discomfort set a new standard for outstanding dental care. I can not thank him enough for his kindness and humor as his nature allowed me to relax. Thank you to everyone!
The staff was very professional and friendly Dr. Brian Wilke on the hand was not. I had a problem with one of my treatments and Dr. Wilke did not want to stand behind his work. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
