The doctor’s front staff is completely ignorant, lazy and rude. My husband is a disabled veteran and it took 3 weeks and several phone calls to get them to file the right referral and when MARIA was confronted with the fact that she dropped the ball and did not send the proper paperwork she responded saying she had done everything right. When I informed her unfortunately that isn’t the case or we would be able to schedule his surgery evaluation. Her response was that she “had proof the email was sent”. Everytime I go there I leave happy. He is a really good doctor and actually listens to me. Everyone in the office is nice also.
I go to the one in lagrande and he is an awesome Dr and he knows exactly what to do he and his staff are very friendly and courteous and t h at is why I give him a 5 star rating.
