incompetent and rude front office. They have no idea what they're doing. PAs unprofessional and have no bedside manner. Doctor doesn't listen. Just pushes you aside and does what he thinks best.
I would avoid this office if possible. They double book appointments on purpose (admitted to me). I was treated by someone other than Dr. Rosenthal and was prescribed Cipro to treat Prostatitis. The woman who saw me honestly sounded like she was guessing at my diagnosis. I had some concerns with taking the medicine and had asked the office to have Dr. Rosenthal to give me a call to discuss. Great experience. Very personable. Yes, I waited a bit, but he has a very busy practice mainly because he has a policy that if someone wants to be seen that day he will see them. I called 2 other practices and the wait was over 1 month. Their office and Dr. Rosenthal got me in the next day.
I waited 40 minutes in the actual office after waiting 30 in the waiting room. He is not caring at all and actually comes off as arrogant and could tell he could care less about his patients, this whole practice is horrible, I strongly do not recommend!!!
My last five-minute appointment had me waiting in the exam room for over an hour. After my procedure, the poorly-written instruction sheet instructed me to call for my test results. In the rare instance that anyone answers the phone, they take my information and then send me to medication-request voicemail instead of giving me my test results! I have never had a more frustrating, timewasting, or unprofessional experience at a medical provider.
I'm writing this review on behalf of my wife. There's a longer story to her condition, but 5 yrs of treatment she had an US sched. by Dr R in 11/16. after a gall bladder surg. We had already made the decision to seek a 2nd opinion on a tumor on her kidney. Our new specialist recommended surg. to remove the tumor and save as much of the kidney as possible. Surgery was done in Jan 2017, cancer was confirmed. Dr. R finally called 02/14 to tell us he wasn't worried and to get a scan in a year.
