Dr Rosenthal is a fine doctor and has my every confidence but his office staff is dismal
if you want to be misdiagnosed with an overactive bladder and patronized this is the guy for you.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Dr. Rosenthal. He insisted that I have a procedure done ASAP which resulted in complications. I was in an extreme amount of pain afterwards. The follow up care from him was very painful. He was always in a rush and isn't a caring Dr. I was in such bad condition I had to go elsewhere to get my issues resolved. Stay far away from this practice.
VERY unprofessional office. First time, he stood in the hallway outside of my exam room and telephoned a venue for the office holiday party after conversing with his office staff. Then he had the PA come in to see me who said that Dr. Rosenthal was running late. Second time, while he was in the exam room with me, explaining my cancer diagnosis, the nurse knocks on the door and pops her head in and asks Dr Rosenthal what he wants from Wawa... Seriously...
Arrogant , does not care about patient. Poor follow up. Be smart, run away

Front desk staff is rude and incompetent. Dr. Rosenthal is arrogant and patronizing. They do not do Telemed appointments in this Covid era. Don't even deserve the one star.
