Dr Martin recently saw my 15yo who has ripped ankle tendons and was frightened and in pain with a blackened foot. He was reassuring, kind, humorous but with the right amount of gravitas to calm a teenage girl. Excellent Compassionate Dr, Who did a fantastic job on my foot surgery
Id give Dr Martin 5 stars although he couldn't help me, but his Receptionist.. just one.. the others were nice, took 3 stars away. This lady served me after my appointment, and corresponded over the phone. I'll put it simple terms so she can understand. Empathy.. is not a hard thing. You can pretend. After getting told by Dr Martin, unable to help me, i was visibley upset. I was ready to pay the specialist fee, which is not a low number.
