They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Dr. Reade is one of the most caring, sincere and professional physicans that I have had the pleasure to go to. But his office staff is terrible, uncaring, unorganized and made the process that much more difficult. They lost important paper work, handed out paper work with misspellings on it and was not helpful at all when I needed to speak with the dr. They are not friendly and make you feel like you are bothering them when you call with office questions.
