Communication with Dr. Jerby's office is non-existent. I had to cancel a procedure. Three weeks ago I reached out to his office and was told the appointment would be cancelled. Now I'm a few days before the surgery, cannot reach anyone on the phone, left 4 messages, no one calls back to confirm, the clinic where the procedure is done do not have my procedure as cancelled. I'm sorry Dr, Jerby, this is not acceptable.

My husband and I are both patients. Dr. Jerby and Susan are amazing. They are caring and so very, very knowledgeable. I'm so glad that after years of fumbling around with other gastroenterologists that just treated our symptoms, that we found practitioners that discovered and successfully treated the cause of our problems.

I’ve been going to Dr Jerby over 17 years. I have nothing but good to say about him and his staff! Excellent care!

I wish I can give Dr Jerby no star. He might be friendly, but not efficient at all in his diagnosis or treatment. Chaotic trips to the ER followed his treatment and change of diagnosis which were completely wrong and dangerous! Save your money by going elsewhere and stay away from the horrible "functional" Lab he works with, which will double bill thousands of dollars without any explanation.
