The experience suggested a billing-first approach rather than a care-first one. Outside lab testing is clearly a routine step for this provider, yet an in-person visit is still required before it is ordered. That visit did not change the course of care and only delayed the actual reason for the visit. When revenue appears to influence how care is structured, it becomes difficult to trust that medical outcomes are the primary focus. Patients deserve efficiency, transparency, and decisions centered on care—not billing.

Communication with Dr. Jerby's office is non-existent. I had to cancel a procedure. Three weeks ago I reached out to his office and was told the appointment would be cancelled. Now I'm a few days before the surgery, cannot reach anyone on the phone, left 4 messages, no one calls back to confirm, the clinic where the procedure is done do not have my procedure as cancelled. I'm sorry Dr, Jerby, this is not acceptable.

My husband and I are both patients. Dr. Jerby and Susan are amazing. They are caring and so very, very knowledgeable. I'm so glad that after years of fumbling around with other gastroenterologists that just treated our symptoms, that we found practitioners that discovered and successfully treated the cause of our problems.
